Power Coating
The Facility
We have a completely temperature controlled and enclosed permanent
facility with an available area of 36,000 sf. where the cleaning,
coating and curing takes place. The plant is located on 9 acres
of land with large concrete pads for laydown and truck demurrage.
Our batch process is implemented by handling the products with
forklifts with a maximum capacity of 10,000 lbs., and parts are
transported in customized hauling wagons.
The metal we handle comes in structural shapes, plates, pipe,
ornamental iron, architectural pieces, machined pieces, etc.
The surface preparation is performed in a blastroom with air
abrasive blasting utilizing specialty abrasives.
At our final inspection area we package and protect the product
and ready it for transportation.
